We stayed here for 3 days and it was perfect before moving to our next accomodation in the main town where there was constant traffic all day. We loved our stay with Kelapa Retreat & Spa. Staff were very welcoming, lovely and helpful. We stayed in a room with private pool and beachfront with breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only recommended if you do not plan to do much activities in the main town everyday. The location is quite far from everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kelapa Retreat and Spa.. this is such a remarkable resort hotel and I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. My room was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Peace, Quiet and Luxury, extremely clean with great service. Scored 10 10 We had a villa with a view of the sea and a pool and were very impressed with its size. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were all very friendly. The garden staff are always out and about cleaning up fallen leaves and maintaining the facilities. We visited here for some luxury and peace and quiet at the end of our vacation in Bali, and would recommend it as a location foe exactly that. Food in the restaurant was good and we can recommend considering the special menus when available.

Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, we chose this place to relax and be as far away as possible from busy place. It turned out to be exactly what we needed. The location is perfect, the food is amazing, the hotel is magical.

A very beautiful resort in the middle of a coconut garden. The resort is beautiful and worth a visit, especially if it is for a honeymoon. It has halal food available. Kelapa stands out as one of our favorites. It is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are fabulous, and the surrounding landscaping is meticulously thought out in planning. We stayed in a Garden Pool Villa which was completely enclosed for privacy. The pool was large, offering total privacy. The room was stunning with marble floors and a large king bed. It featured an enormous bath that had a beautiful outdoor shower as well an in-room.

Perfect as always Just back from one of my several trips to Kelapa. Genuine welcome from everyone on my return as always. If your looking for somewhere to just chill with just the sound of the ocean in perfect surroundings with five star facilities and service you won’t be disappointed.

The villas are beautiful. We stayed in the biggest villa, Kelapa residence A gorgeous two ensuite bedroom villa with an amazing 20 meter private pool facing the Indian Ocean. The Tides restaurant was just a stone throw away, and offered delicious meals, and also room service was possible, the whole menu at your disposal. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and catered to all our needs and wishes.If you are looking for action, this is perhaps not your place, but anybody seeking quiet, relaxing vacation, good food, excellent service and breathtaking views, you should definitely choose Kelapa residence and spa, and be pampered with all it has to offer.
